The customers who are interested to buy products listed on this portal
have to register themselves through the customer login given at the top right corner.
The registration can be done at any stage.
The customers need to mention their “Email ID” and verify the same to begin
the registration process. Customers need to enter all the requisite details asked
for creating a unique customer profile.
Two types of orders can be created on this website:
“Quick Pick” and “Made to Order (M2O)”
Quick Pick* - Orders created under this category will be applicable for
immediate dispatch from our plant, post completion of sales process
and commercial clearance.
Made to Order (M2O) – The said option gives flexibility of creating a fresh order
based on the requirements of customer, given that customer is unable to
find the desired products.
*For Quick Pick model - Product availability is subject to the principle of “First come
first serve (FCFS)” basis
Customer can view product basket, view transaction history, view / edit
unique profile etc. only after logging in through the unique login ID
and user defined password.
